Larry D. Johnson, president and CEO of Houston-based Johnson Development Corp., has been selected to receive HBJ’s 2013 Landmark Award for lifetime achievement in real estate.
Johnson will accept the award at HBJ’s 2013 Landmark Awards being held at The Houstonian Hotel, Club & Spa on April 11. Johnson Development Corp. is behind three of the nation’s top 20 fastest-growing master-planned communities — Riverstone in Fort Bend County, Woodforest in Montgomery County and Cross Creek Ranch in west Houston.
During his career, Johnson has played a role in more than 100 developments in Texas, Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia and Louisiana. He also is a lifetime director of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.
Nominations for Landmark Awards, which recognize the most significant commercial real estate projects of 2012, remain open until Feb. 1.
Congratulations to Larry Johnson from Westin Homes.
